Project overview
Through the National Youth Service, Indlela recruited, trained, and placed unemployed young people across the OR Tambo District Municipality, giving them accredited skills, meaningful work experience, and a stipend for the duration of their service year.
The programme combined community mobilisation, work readiness, and sector-specific training with structured exit support into employment, entrepreneurship, or further study.
